Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships. Upon cancellation, 93% of the total payment will be refunded (a 7% administrative fee from the third-party payment system will be deducted).

Return for Replacement
We offer a 7-day return-for-replacement policy from the date of delivery. You may request a replacement if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Return/Replacement Conditions
– Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
– Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required
– Video or photos clearly demonstrating the issue must be provided

2. Review: We will provide instructions and return address upon approval
3. Return Item: Customers are responsible for covering two-way shipping costs for approved returns

Returns are NOT accepted in these circumstances:

– Items that have been altered, modified, or disassembled
– Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size/color selection
– Sale items or gift cards
– Minor packaging wear or scratches that don’t affect functionality

Post-Warranty Support
After the 30-day warranty period, we continue to provide repair assistance. Replacement parts are offered at cost.
